Repeat customers? Not always!

April 15, 2014

One main goal of any good business is customer retention. Some companies spend thousands of dollars and man hours analyzing processes and data to see how they can improve the percentage of their customer's happiness and chance of earning their repeat business.

At Outback Roofing, while we strive to make our clients happy and it shows when our clients return to do business with us or refer their friends, relatives and neighbors to us, we do not always want their repeat business.

What?! That sounds crazy you might be thinking!

While we love earning our customer's repeat business, what we love even more, is when they are hit by a storm and we go out to inspect and find that our roofing system survived the storm with little to no damage, while other roofs around them are totaled.  We take great pride in the roofing systems that we install and our workmanship. Sometimes though, the hail is too big, too hard and falls too fast and is no match for even the best of roofing systems. At those times, we have great confidence that our customers will continue to return to us so help them with their roofing needs.

Please contact us if you would like more information on the various roofing systems we offer. We can help you determine what system is right for you.
