Keeping Your Pets Calm During Roof Installation

The loud hammering noises and vibrations that occur during a roof installation, along with the presence of strangers, can really send pets over the edge. Pets can become nervous or anxious or scared during home constructions projects. If you have a pet, such as a dog, cat or bird, and you are scheduling a construction project, like getting a new roof, here are a few tips to help ease the stress level on your pet:

The best solution for your pet may be to remove them from the house while the project is going on. Examples would be doggy day care, kenneling or contacting a pet sitter. Outback Roofing actually works with a pet sitter that can come and take your pets to their home and give them lots of attention and love during the project.
